HRDx provides the interpreting physician multiple types of reports in an easy-to-read, data-rich formats.
These reports provide the physician with meaningful rhythm data that are based on superior rhythm detection algorithms combined with adjudication by EP staff. Such data can enhance the ability of the interpreting physician to reach an accurate diagnosis.
HRDx reports empower the provider with timely data-driven clinical decisions, which is critical for risk mitigation, prevention of hospitalization and readmission, as well as improved clinical outcome.

End-of-service report

End-of-service reports are delivered within 1-2 business days after the end of the monitoring period.

Event report

HRDx provides detailed rhythm data for patient-activated transmissions and automated arrhythmia triggers that meet the provider-defined notification criteria.
Event reports provide expanded disclosure of rhythm data before and after the event trigger.
Urgent and emergent event reports are transmitted to the provider in near–real-time. Nonurgent notification are transmitted during business hours.

HRDx provide on-demand daily summary reports at any point during the monitoring period as requested by the clinician.
Details included in the daily summary reports mirror those in the end-of-service reports.

HRDx provide on-demand summary reports at any point during the monitoring period as requested by the clinician.
These report cover the period from the start of the monitoring to to the time of data request, without interrupting continuing monitoring.
Details included in the interim reports mirror those in the end-of-service reports.

The interpreting physician can contact HRDx (call/text/email) with any questions, such as the need for full disclosure of rhythm data.

HRDx is the ONLY cardiac monitoring service that provides free on-demand consultation from a cardiac electrophysiologist for interpretation of specific rhythm data.
Whenever is doubt regarding the diagnosis, the ordering/interpreting provider may send certain rhythm strips by email/fax to HRDx to request interpretation by a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist.

HRDx is the ONLY cardiac monitoring service that provides optional final professional report interpretation by a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist.
This option can be requested as the default practice or on as-needed basis.
